I went to numerous local shops. A shout out to mikes in richmond ky, Canoe ky, and the list goes on and on. Everyone wanted me to do a 90 day layaway. Austin kayak actually offers financing that is how they initially got my business. Then I had some questions about the correct add on gear for both the kayak and myself so I called them up expecting a hurry up and get me off the phone thing. Just picked up my first kayak. The staff was great in helping me pick the best kayak and accessories needed for me.
This has been exhausting!!! Horrible customer service.... I recommend Level Six if you want to be treated right!! This place will not honor sales, and avoid product orders if they cannot be filled, why they are on the website to begin with is beyond me if they refuse to send them, it's been 3 weeks and 3 order confirmations and it still wasn't sent!!

THANK YOU AUSTIN CANOE AND KAYAK! I ordered two Old-Town Loon Kayaks on Monday morning and they arrived at my doorstep just now! Super service! I tried ALL the local big box stores in Kansas City (Cabelas, Dicks Sporting Goods, Academy Sports, and Bass Pro Shops) and they couldn't get these for 2-3 weeks. YOU did it in 3 days-Order to Delivery! FANTASTIC! I will be Kayaking in the Ozarks this weekend thanks to YOU! Kudos to Estes Express Lines, too!
