Been waiting for a month for my order. When I inquired about it they say it's the manufacturer's fault.
Yesterday, I canceled my order for two Kayaks which has been on order for more than a month. ACK never proactively communicated my order status. I called four times to check myself and was told each time that they would get new inventory "next Wednesday" and ship my order right away. How can a company not give their customers accurate information as to when an order will ship? I even had a personal promise from Ray, the GM, that he would make sure my order got out. This is my first and last order with ACK.
RecommendedThe whole staff took care of me. They recommending buying a new Wilderness Radar 135 with the helix pedal drive They were quick to fix and make sure that I was taking care of after the sale. I Had a friend who also bought a new pedal drive kayak the new old town PDL Topwater. We both got them on the same day but I had an issue with mine but ACK Gave me another kayak. Afterwords my friend Danny and I caught some monster bass in the rain and lightning. He Caught a 6.12 lb bass while I caught a 5.4 lb bass. Thanks ACK! the best... read more

There are many kayak accessories store online. However, no one can compare with the reliability and top notch customer service from ACK! As much as I love to shop local. ACK is always and will be my number 1 go to online kayak related shopping! Thank you ACK for providing excellent customer service!
Horrible customer service. They got my $$ but I don’t have my order and they won’t call back or answer an email or complete a live chat.
Ordering process and shipping=EXCELLENT! We've had our Austin kayaks for 3yrs now and they've held up as if still new!
Do not buy from this company.!!!! Stay local. Worst customer service out there. Make sure you call before you buy anything. Multiple employees from there know about warehouse problems they have. If it shows in the website that is available it might not be. From talking to Briana, Zach and their manager Erin. #stay.local
