ACK’s customer service is terrible. Rude and unprofessional. They put on their website product they do not have in stock and then representative denied it was on the website. Avoid them ! I gave them one star because there is no 0 star option.

I would not recommend buying anything from ACK..I spent 219. on a 45 qt. cooler, expecting it to function right. It wouldnt even keep ice for 2 days. When I talked to customer service, they said I could return it for a refund, but wouldnt help with the shipping, and wouldnt give any discount on a replacement cooler.. I had to pay $61. to ship it back, and then they only gave me a partial refund... Their customer service is quick; but they dont do ANYTHING!!
The guys that helped me here at ACK Austin were a lot of help. I enjoyed buying my new kayak here but I enjoyed the visit even more. Awesome place.

ACK’s customer service is terrible! They sent the wrong kayak (lime green big game angler 2) when it was supposed to be urban camo. Unless your color blind that is fairly hard to screw up. When I called to inform ACK of their mistake, I was told they would send another kayak out the same day. I’m still waiting for my tracking number 24 hours later. The manager I spoke to, had the nerve to give me attitude. Really…. Your company is at fault! ACK also said on Facebook that a customer service rep would be getting back to me....... read more
