I purchased an gift card on Sunday. Most stores they email you within hours with the card#. I still have no gift card from you. I have emailed several times and called only to be hung up on. Not sure why my dad does business with you, when your customer service is horrible.
Staff is very helpful and they new what I was looking for and helped me put together a awesome Yak. Can’t wait for Me to pick it up on Saturday since they needed to add the petal drive.
Costumer service sucks !! They don’t answer my e- mail and their shipping is the worse ever !! I ordered my Kayak March 20 , 2019 and I don’t Have it yet , they keep moving the delivery date . This Company Suck !!

Ordered my kayak off there website. Shipped within two days, got to me today up in Michigan. Was shipped safely and showed up perfect I can’t wait to get her on the river this spring ❤️
