Auffenberg sucks, I was at the dealer for 6 hours trying to deal with trying to purchase the car I wanted. I have been having a financing issue for weeks, I have called the department at least 5 times only to leave a voicemail and never receive a call back. STILL WAITING!!!
I have so many great experiences with Auffenberg and the majority of the reasons come from how amazing the service is! From the friendly staff, to taking care of my car, to fast service, they meet and exceed all of my expectations. The knowledge, experience, and professionalism that the employees have really showed and I feel like I can trust them when they recommend any work to be done on my car. I feel like they aren't the usual car shops that are just trying to "sell" you something, rather show you how it will help.
Well I went for a truck myself and it went so well Ryan Thompson was able to sell my son one also Good Job
I loved them terry Wilson helped me and my mom out on getting us both a car witch we just came in for me but instead he got us a great deal on both cars and we loveeee it thanks�������
Went in for a new truck for my dad and left with a new truck for the both of us. Ryan Thompson is a great guy to work with and even came in on his day off to help me out and finish up my paperwork to get me out of my jeep and in to a awesome F-150! I would recommend going to Ryan for any of your new or used car needs he will hook you up and you won't be disappointed!!

Getting through the buying process wasn't bad...took a little longer than it should have. Especially when I told them what I could afford. But yesterday I received a phone call from someone at Auffenberg no sooner than I walked into my house...asking how my buying experience was. What my husband and I heard after the other party thought they hung up was nothing less than HORRIBLE! BAD business Auffenberg! I'm pissed! Your lucky I gave you 2 stars!
The guys here did everything they could to get me into the truck I was wanting. Carter, my salesman, Mike Murphy, and Nick put in some work to get me at the price i could afford. Can't thanks these guys enough. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new car
