Found out today that auffenberg ran my credit 21 times!!!! Please tell me how that was necessary? It's not. They were just mad we didn't make a deal.
My wife, @[1331468844:Stephanie Gill], came to auffenberg in December and we left without making a deal. Today I went to another dealership to trade in my vehicle and when they pulled up my wife's credit, it shows that her credit was ran TWENTY-ONE TIMES! She has very good credit and that obviously affected it. I advise NOBODY to go to auffenberg. There was no reason for her credit to be ran so many times. They were just butt-hurt about us not making a deal.

Me and my husband went there looking for a vehicle with 3 row seating jermaine hornberger was amazing he didn't rush us and kept us informed on everything while it was processing I would definitely recommend him. If you need a good deal on a car go ask for him. Love my new van
