On August 29, 2016 I took my 2010 Ford Escape to Auffenberg, Belleville for a 45,000 maintenance check. My customer advisor was Tiffany Tonnies and I couldn’t be more pleased with her professional attitude. She didn’t try to “hard sell” me on any of the maintenance services and took the time to answer my questions and concerns.
