I had a great experience buying my vehicle. Curt and Pete were awesome and in the future when I need another vehicle I will buy from them again. Customer service from them and everyone else me and my wife encountered was top notch. Thank you Auffenberg Ford
1 star because it wont let me choose 0. Body shop manager worked harder trying to get out of doing the already approved repair thsn doing it. Repair job was halfassed. Paint was chipped in the process. Will NEVER return my car to this place. not even for wiper fluid. This was the body shop, not the dealer floor.
Recently purchased a vehicle here. Customer servce is very very poor. we were told a certain vehicle was at a different lot 3 times. Mind you we also drove an hour away to come look at this vehicle. We also had to come back a second time to finish the financing part of the purchase. Was told it would take about thirty minutes and it took 2 hours. Overall I am very happy with the car, but better customer service would have been nice.
