The experience of buying a car at this dealership was very laid back. Our sales person Jeremy was not pushy at all and we even left and came back and ended up buying the car we test drove. The process was not hard and everything went smoothly. I would buy a car here again.

I purchased a vehicle here in 2013 and the experience was fine, however recently I have spoken with Moe, who said that he would "rectify" a situation that initiated at the Ofallon store... Situation still not rectified, and NOW awaiting follow up from GM. I definitely will not hold my breath for the follow up seeing that for the past two weeks I have been initiating calls and emails. Mr. West arrived with my Camaro wash and ready to test drive. He treated me with great respect and me being a woman I deeply appreciate the courtesy. He got me a fantastic rate with an already amazing deal. I am elated���. He also got my fiancé out of a terribly financed vehicle and got him in a brand new truck for more than half the interest he was paying before.
