5 Star Service At Auffenberg In Believing Come See Terry Wilson
I had a issue with arriving to an Oil change appointment @ 5:15 pm(scheduled). Service department in Belleville told me I had to reschedule- in line waiting to be checked in & thee gentleman stated I was late & there was only 1 Technician there( too much info for the consumer). I called the next day, told management Tiffani what occurred the evening before. They scheduled me for a mid morning same day appointment time & gave me a car/wash on them. Auto butler job was nicely done and in a reasonable amount of time. Will be glad when remodel is done, i miss their nice waiting room!
