Had an Auto Butler appointment along with some minor repairs. The service advisor, Dade, was excellent and everything was done properly and quickly.
Nothing ever seems to work out quite right. They mean well but I came here to get the auto-butler done (detailing) and an oil change while I'm here. They told me my car was ready but one look and I knew the detailing wasn't done... they forgot. What's an extra hour, right?
Purchased a used truck and had my financing arranged. They made me write a check for the full amount even though they had a guarantee from my credit union that payment would be overnighted to them. They cashed both the credit union and my personal check. Now I am having a problem talking to correct department to get a refund.
I made an appointment for a recall fix, they checked with parts dept. to make sure they had them... They had them. Yet when I drove all the way there, about 30ish miles,"sorry, we don't have the parts... Fast forward to answering machine, when I got home... We will have parts TOMORROW morning.UGH! I will get this done, then not use Auffenberg anymore.I a, sorry to the parts counter guy that had to hear the brunt of my aggravation.
Ryan Thompson was great! I am in love with my car. This gentleman was my dealer in October of this past year and he was very knowledgeable and more than friendly. My family thought he was great as well. Please keep up the great work Ryan, I am definitely sending friends and family. Thank you again, this was a great experience and all of the laughs were just the icing on the cake.
