Horrible experience!!!! They will trick you out of a $1000+ and still give poor customer service. Dade was not helpful one bit, hardly listened to anything I said. Also lied about clips being broken on my bumper so I’ll have to buy a whole new bumper but I got it looked at by someone else & they weren’t broken. I purchased a used car from them eight weeks ago. It’s been in the shop five of those weeks. Guess that’s what the extended warranty they slid into my financing without discussing with me is for. But hey, I get free oil changes and car washes! Wait, no I don’t. Those were slid in the financing, too. They will lie about service that’s supposedly been done to the car, yet when asked to produce service records, cannot.
