I have been trying to get in touch with the Belleville lot for almost 2 weeks now regarding a car I bought last month and already having issues with. Still no call back after being promised a call back from the manager and also leaving voicemails so aggravating!

RecommendedWe had a pleasant experience with Auffenberg Ford of Belleville. Our salesman was William Pagan, he patiently waited while I sifted through multiple cars, some more than once and worked with us through the whole process, he even took me to get a new battery for the second key fob after the sale when I noticed it didn't work as I went to leave. Would highly recommend them.

Jerome drove us around in the rain (sometimes pouring) to a few different lots during our search, made sure we stayed dry and accommodated us in every single way possible.
