I had my Q3 in for a recall of brake lights. I had called Friday Morning to make an appointment. I was fortunate to get an 8:30am appointment on the following Monday. Monday when I came in, Kevin took care of me. He did a great job and had answers for my questions. He changed the battery in my key just to play it safe. I had a problem with it not being recognized when I started my car. I also wanted to know if there was anywhere on the car for a hard start if the key actually failed. Terrible service. Took vehicle in for oil change and they damaged sun roof —- and refuse to take the blame!
Friend went in for a airbag recall, come out with a broken sunroof. They took zero responsibility but offered to cut it out when confronted about it. What a bummer. You guys are Audi. Have some class.
My friend brought in her vehicle for an airbag recall and oil change only and brought the car home to find the sunshade completely off the track and destroyed. The dealership is completely denying it and refusing to repair it. Awful.
Awful customer service! Surely they can understand what happens when the word spreads.
