After several trips to Audi Morton Grove, many of them leaving unhappy... I was presently surprised with the high level of service at Audi Westmont. Still not sold on the no haggle purchase but I left with the car I wanted!
Horrible experience. Bought a car through AutoNation there and it was a lemon We never could reach anyone to talk to about our issues and received no help. Completely awful. Never would recommend them to anyone
Sales person Mr Naseem was very helpful and courteous. However when on final check out it was realized there was no owners manual being used car. Sales person could not provide the owners manual as it was refused by manager. This we foun very odd and advise future buyers to make sure in advance before making decision if all these things are there.

I am 4 hours from Chicago so I worked with Naseem remotely to finalize all of the details to purchase a 2017 SQ5 (including trade in value for my vehicle). Naseem was super responsive and that is what clinched it for Audi Westmont over other dealerships I was reaching out to.
