I've been to may Audi dealerships across midwest and I really like Audi Westmont the most. They are not as big as other faciliteis, but they do make you feel at home. I just visited them for my 55K service and Matt was extremely helpfull and meticulous in makign sure that my car is serviced properly.
I brought my Audi A4 (2013) in for service for the first time. Kevin took care of me. He answered all my question. Found out that the previous owners had Audi Care, so I got my 45,000 maintenance done for free. As a new owner of a Audio I had many question and Kevin was very patience and took the time to answer my question and helped with some option I didn't know how to use. I was very happy with the whole experience at Audio of Westmont.
Get all my work done from Audi Westmount on my A6. Great service and Blake has always delivered superior customer service.
From order to delivery, this was the best experience in purchasing a new vehicle. Bob Clark was extremely helpful and patient through the whole process. At delivery, Pedro was also patient with me, knowledgeable about all the features, and explained everything in a manner I was able to understand. Very impressed!!!
After several visits to Audi Westmont & Fletcher Jones over the years, Westmont's service dept has more consistently offered good customer service. They lack in customer service technology & sometimes in responsiveness though.
Great dealership, answered all my questions and went out of their way to accommodate me.
