Dropped our car off for a 20k mile service at 8am my wife called several times and no one called her back with any update at all throughout the day to find out that they were wrapping up her 20k service at 445PM! When asked why this took so long the response was “we had a few walk ins”....This location clearly over committed and under delivered.

I had a great buying experience at Audi Westmont. The sales staff and finance team were terrific. They respected my interests, went out of their way to help me find the perfect car and were more than helpful throughout the entire process. Immediate call backs, immediate text messages, and they continue to follow through now that I've had the car for a couple of weeks. My second purchase here and this one far surpasses the last.
Service writer Andy Gregorio was excellent in keeping me updated on the status of the work being done. The only down side was the loaner car reeked of curry.
