Confused on how the service appointments work here. Been here since 0900 for a software recall and to check my tires. Was told it would not take long. It is now Noon with no explanation.
Andy, the service writer was very helpful in scheduling my service and diagnosing the issues.
I have purchased (or leased) five cars over 18 years at Audi Westmont and the experience is always so excellent. Repairs are rare, but when I do take it into Audi Westmont, the service is five stars!!
