He’s been really professional and courteous with me when I ask pointed questions about one of their service contracts and other service maintenance items. This is one reason why I decided to jump into the luxury car market, and am glad I bought an Audi from Juan Andino with Audi-Westmont.
My sales representative Frederick Downey was not sensitive to my credit being ran and did not communicate that with anyone in the finance department before my credit was ran. Was only supposed to be ran thru one specific place, but instead was ran thru 5 other companies on top of the one. I will never recommend anyone to use this dealership!
