Extremely unhappy with the repair service! Leased Audi A5 2018 MMI rebooting problem. from day one. Unable to fix it! Visited dealership 3!!! times. Problem is still here. Thought about buying a car after lease ends, now would go with other dealership or car brand. Avoid! Zero star!

RecommendedCaring, considerate, professional with a "customer first" attitude. Washing each car is an example of customer care. But, how about having snacks and water for waiting customers as does your deluxe competitors? When the vehicle was picked-up around 330pm recently there was no water or snacks, only coffee. This suggestion does not diminish the respect for the professionals at Audi Westmont.

RecommendedEven though the service was minor, wellness check, it was completed quickly & efficiently. The dealership practiced social distancing, employees wore face masks. The waiting area was comfortable in light of all the virus prevention. I would highly recommend Audi of Westmont.

When I purchased my Audi last year, I was impressed with this dealership. My experience today has definitely changed my outlook. Last year, I purchased a CPO Audi Q7. Unbeknownst to me, the vehicle had a technical service bulletin issued for disintegrating Goodyear tires at my time of purchase. I also took the vehicle in for routine maintenance at 20,000 miles and the TSB wasn’t brought to my attention then either. Fast forward to today when I took the vehicle in for an oil change. RecommendedGreat people to work with. I traveled 250 miles each way after my salesman Juan sent me pictures that I requested. The truck was very clean inside and out when I arrived, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I'd looked at several trucks prior to this one, and they all fell short. They were not near as nice as this one. They had me back on my way home in a little over an hour. I'm glad I made the trip. Thanks Again! Jim

RecommendedVery pleased with the service. The pick up and delivery of my car was appreciated. With COVID I did not have to sit and wait. Everything was done as agreed to. Communication was excellent. My only disappointment was that the car was not washed or vacuumed. I have come to expect that from AUDI. Since it wasn’t done I will need to find a car wash and pay extra to have the car detailed.
