RecommendedI brought my car in for an oil change and airbag recall. There were some issues but Audi of Westmont went above and beyond my expectations to make it up to me! Mistakes happen but I was very impressed with their response and making things right! I highly recommend Audi if Westmont and they truly value their customers!
Excellent service, as always. Andrew recognized me and remembered my name after at least six months which was amazing. He then made sure a warranty issue I was having was resolved and took care of everything.
Charles in the service department was awesome. I pulled in to their shop 1 hr before closing without an appointment, but a serious issue that needed attention. I had never been to this facility before and they took my vehicle in, treated my like a long time customer and they were able to provide me a nice loaner car. I was thoroughly impressed and extremely satisfied. I will definitely put this facility on my list for service options.
Ordered a cargo mat for my new Q7 and it arrived fairly quickly and the staff did a nice job when I came to pick it up of getting me in and out in a reasonable amount of time even though the dealership was somewhat busy with other customers.

I needed 35,000 mile service on my Audi A3, when I called to make the appointment in Audi Westmont I asked for a loaner , they told me the days a loaner was available. Got there early Saturday and no loaner was available , well they gave me a ride to work but I was left with no car for my lunch break. I was supposed to be picked up after work to pick up my car but a learned that they found coolant leak and it will not be ready till Monday ! Again no loaner . Was not satisfied at all. Needed a new tire, price was 309$ due to me not having that coverage under warranty. Dealer didn’t try to work out anything with me or suggest any offers. They was content with me going down the street to purchase tire for 75$ less from Just Tires. Once I got home I realized I had a 50$ off coupon from Audi that could’ve been used. Purchased a 2019 Q5 from James last week and the experience was top notch. I purchased a Q7 from an Audi dealership in Highland Park a few years ago and the service at Westmont way surpassed the service I received at HP. The whole transaction from start to finish was smooth and efficient. James and team took the time to walk me through the new features of the car unlike the team at HP. Brought my SQ5 to dealer for safety recall. Met by Charles in service and he explained the timing and provided directions for me as to where to go to wait for vehicle. Car was ready when he told me it would be, and it was washed. Pleasant customer experience. I would recommend this dealer for this type of service.
