My sales rep Joe McCann was friendly, responsive and knowledgeable. He took all the stress out of buying a new car. I think I’ve found my new Audi dealership for future cars. I really would recommend this dealership. And I’ve dealt with a few. I do need to say I drove down from Madison Wisconsin because the local Audi dealership in Madison were unresponsive to my needs. Just purchased our Q5. Fred was very patient as we test drove several models and answered all of our questions. We walked out with a brand new Q5. The entire office is very helpful and am impressed with the customer service after our purchase.
They always do a good job and Sara who helped me out was on the ball and kept me updated on what was going on and what needed to be done. The detail they did on my car was excellent- my car looked brand new! Thanks!
