RecommendedI recently had the most objective negotiation ever with a car dealership. I was prepared and the dealership kept their word and didn’t try to change the deal once I arrived on site.

Terrible service dept experience. Emailed customer service and no response. Won’t be back!
I went there on 02/26/2020 at lunch time to review some cars and take a test drive. I walked in the door wasn't greeted I saw about 12 employees or salespersons on their phone or at computers. One was with a customer the rest of them were not. I walked all the way to the service area and left. Never thought that I would have to ask someone to show me a car when I was one of only two customers on the sales floor.

Excellent service for an out of town customer. Service done quickly to get us on the road again. Kyle was extremely knowledgeable and communicated quickly & thoroughly. Highly recommended this Audi Service Center.
They got my car in on an emergency to fix my blown tire and realignment to get me back home to Iowa that night🤗
