RecommendedWestmon Audi is the only dealer I take my Car to. I always as for Andy, He is very knowledgeable about car, he has great customer service and he is always going above and beyond to make sure i'm taken care of every time I come in. I like a number of other people are not big fans of going into dealers and Andy takes that away with his professionalism and up front honesty about whats going on with my car.
No recommend unneeded repairs.
RecommendedService department is very thorough. Staff is very professional and courteous. They go over issues with your vehicle promptly explaining why things need to be serviced. Things are repaired right the first time!!
Our experience was absolutely awful! I don’t know if they have changed ownership or management but the customer service and all over knowledge/ response time .. AWFUL! After I dropped my car off for my appointment I was told it will take longer and they’d need to keep it over night. Fine. However.. by 4 pm the next day after calling multiple times.. they still had not started on it. I ended up picking up my car and taking it elsewhere. The new place I took my car was lovely! RecommendedThis was my first visit. I purchased my vehicle at Audi in Morton Grove. The reason for my visit was my brakes were squeaking. The issue was addressed and taken care of Thru Audi Care. Very pleased with the outcome. This location is more convenient for me so this will be my service location. Sorry Morton Grove but there customer service was great!!!
