I brought my car in for an oil change and air bag recall. When it was returned to me, the sunshade on my sunroof was closed. I have owned the car for 3 years and NEVER have it closed. When I went to open it, it was clear it had been damaged and the service department vehemently denied touching the sunshade and are refusing to repair it or even remove it. I have never dealt with such awful customer service.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Go elsewhere if you want your vehicle serviced properly
Updated my review from 1 Star to 3. The GM handled the issue professionally and promptly. They agreed to replace the sunshade completely. Absolutely terrible customer service. The service department did damage to the sunshade in our Q5 (despite the car being there for an air bag recall and oil change only), they left it closed so that they could hopefully get away with. Terrible service department! They damaged my daughter in law's car and are refusing to repair. Awful service! Take you Audi elsewhere for service. Stay clear of this location.
