Just bought a 2017 Q5 at Audi Westmont. Absolutely love the car. And the car buying experience was easy and smooth thanks to Art and Juan. This is my second Audi from Westmont. See you again in about 4 years.
I've had service on both my Audi cars but I've never purchased from them,so when I took my car in for service last week John was excellent with keeping me informed about the process. I decided to purchase a new car from Julia and she wasn't pushy she made me feel comfortable with my decision and now I'm in a brand new car with a much better rate than I expected. Keep up the good work Audi Westmont!
Although we bought our 2 Audi's at other dealerships, lately I have been going to Audi Westmont for all the service/maintenance that I don't do myself because they are much closer. I have not yet been disappointed yet. They are always willing to give me a firm quote in advance for any work I want done. They have been very competitive even with indy shops. They have honored my extended warranty policy when applicable. Their new facility upgrade is excellent. Service advisor Justin is a real pro and an asset to the dealership.

Drove 8 hours to look at a used 2006 car they stated passed the 120 point inspection, etc. Looked underneath the car - found the rear differential leaking on both sides and the sub frame connecter was corroded and broken on one side. Plus, the car wouldn't start initially due to an old stock battery. They consider themselves an autonation corporation, but only offered to replace the battery without offering a price compensation . We are very disappointed.
