Drove all the way from canton Ohio to buy my first new audi. Worked for a week over the phone with rick Carlson picking out what I wanted. He called me often getting just what I was looking for and helping me through the finance process so that when I arrived to pick it up everything was ready to go in and out. hello there ... I have this dealership as my favorite place for Service avery 3 or 4 months ... but on the last service they said I needed a new battery so I told them go ahead and replace the old one ... sometimes I was out of town two or three weeks and I left my car in the garage and when I came back I had no problems to start my car with the battery I had ... and now I was out of town only for one week and when I came back I couldn't start my car ... the battery was all dead ... I love this dealership. Have you ever heard anyone say that after buying a car. These guys and girls are great. I especially love the attention to detail. They actually remember me and my husband. The service is excellent and the employees must be treated great because they treat me great. I have a hard time seeing myself in anything other than an Audi. Thanks for all that you do even if my Audi has over 100,000 miles. That has got to say something about the cars and the service.
