Multiple sales people contacted me. I didn’t know who to work with, in fact I received a note that my car sold and then still got an email from a sales person that wanted to sell me the same car. Didn’t seem like he knew it was already sold

Promised calls back after they evaluated the shipping costs. Went 3 days without a call back, then called and asked a good time to talk. Told them the applicable times, had a missed call during a time I said I would be unavailable. Car sold.

I had a great experience at Audi Fletcher Jones. My salesman, Michael Quezada, was knowledgeable and respectful. There wasn't the stereotypical high pressure price negotiation.
