I purchased a 2023 Q4 e-tron from them last month with very low mileage. They talked to us non-stop trying to persuade us to lease, despite us telling them that were not interested in leasing. They then talked us into this car that we purchased, confirming it was in excellent condition, basically like new, with no history of damages. I am debating if we should go down there and talk to them. I can do the talking. My car was in the Dealership ( Audi Fletcher Jones in **********))due to recall repairs. I got a loner from them which had a bad front tire and the tread was completely gone and you could see the wires. The tire blow up in the fwy and my family almost got killed. When took the car back no one even showed any sympathy. They try to bribe my by offering a free car wash ( which is very insulting) to keep me quite and not report the incident. I bought my 2020 GLE 350 under ****** miles . My car has been in service at the dealership twice for the same issues.. My car makes a rattle sound, turning the air conditioner on and also my screen goes blank and also having problems with the airbags. Taking my car in under warranty is a waste of time because the problem is still an issue.
We purchased an Audi 2022 Q3 and I'll give 2 stars because sales department was very professional. However, we had to bring the Q3 in for a recall issue and ****** mile maintenance. I had already replaced the engine and cabin filters. ********, my wife told the service rep to ONLY change the oil. I estimated the oil change would be around $120. I usually don't leave reviews for poor experiences with businesses but I feel like I need to for this one.I went in last week to look at leasing my first Audi. My sales associate was ******. Initially, I wanted to test drive a couple of different models to see how they felt and then maybe lease something if I found one I liked. Multiple sales people contacted me. I didn’t know who to work with, in fact I received a note that my car sold and then still got an email from a sales person that wanted to sell me the same car. Didn’t seem like he knew it was already sold

I had the best experience buy a car, all the team is amazing, the service and the selection of cars is wonderful. 5 stars for my Salesman Garret Poole, he goes beyond… in the financial office Khalid was awesome. I would recommend this dealership to anyone, anytime
