The dealership was top notch and the people were courteous and friendly with one exception; the car I was supposed to drive had been sold that morning and I was not informed until I arrived at the dealership.

Not flexible. The interesting thing about this dealer is they are now selling the car for less than I offered. Haha!
not so great experience. they don't consider to negotiate even a dollar. need to be very careful while taking finance option. they seem to be not much bothered if we pick cars other than Audi.
