I just purchased a vehicle here. The dealership was clean and professional. They "smart price" their cars so no haggling on the cat. Just the trade. This did make the process very efficient and fairly quick compared to past dealings. The trade value they gave me was also the highest compared to other dealers. Initial response was timely but ineffective. I'm 3 hours away but was very interested in a hard-to-find manual and tried to make a deposit or other arrangements to hold the car until I could test drive. Was told the salesperson would "keep an eye on it" over the weekend. Hour and a half into driving to the dealer, manager calls to say the car was sold over the weekend. If you are shopping from distance, don't bother with this dealer. They don't honor their word and the buyer has no rights or power in absentia. Complete waste... read more

Lack of call back and communication. I wanted to buy a approx 100k car and was having to work way too hard.

Didn"t end up purchasing a vehicle, but they were very nice.
The most worst dealership ever. I was there about a week ago. No one even care to say Hi or ask if i need help. The Manager was horrible, just walked around and gave mean and stupid face... Just got a new audi at Nashua Audi dealer. Great great great customer service, extremely friendly and welcoming.
Bought a CERTIFIED used car here 2 months ago, it has already needed over $3000 worth of work done to it which was not recognized during the certified process (which is done by the dealer). Audi Burlington will not pay for the work to be done, and they don't even return my calls anymore. Car needs new wheels, tires, control arms, a door needs to be painted, even the buttons inside the car are missing! This dealership is running a huge scam, they will not honor their own warranty!
