I bought a near new Mazda CX-5 from this luxury brand dealer and had a most excellent, hassle free experience. I am a very experienced car buyer which does help. I have to shout out to Jose Solorio who was a most excellent sales consultant, both virtually, and even more so in person. Alan knows everything ( I think ) about Audi. He correctly described the condition as exceptional. We put down a deposit for first refusal. We traveled 3 ½ hours to see it and possibly buy it. Not withstanding the distance, next time we need a car I will begin, and hopefully conclude, the search with Valenti Motors.
Very responsive and professional. None of the usual pressure tactics of other dealers. We received a fair deal and ended up making a purchase.
