The vehicle wad not at the dealer lot, even after contacting ttem to confirm availability two hours before showing up there. Very bad experience. I do not recommend this dealer at all.

Inquired about two different Audis. Never spoke to anyone on the phone, only text messages and emails. Never received a trade in value for my Audi. Ended up making a 9 hour trip to trade my A5 on an A8 in Naples. This is the 3rd Audi I’ve purchased this year. I’d prefer to do business locally, but I guess they don’t need my business.
