RecommendedVisited two audi dealerships. Never sharing the offer and giving both the same information about my car requirements they beat the competitor by thousands!! Internet research and being an educated consumer always helps, but these guys are just fabulous.

Great, helpful and nice but, car sold before I could acquire it
They could train their service representatives on improved communication skills. The one that worked with me, Jim Parolisi, was terrible. Complete lack of customer facing engagement skills. Lack of follow up on the service, did not call me as agreed and what is worse, I should have read the signs of his greed desire just to make a deal. This was terrible service.
I was ready to go from WY to MA to get the car that is certified. Then I saw a tear in the passenger seat that no one mentioned before. I’m glad I didn’t fly all the way
