I contacted the dealer and asked if I could put a deposit on the advertised Audi because I was unable to make it to the dealership that day but would be in the next morning. I was told they don’t take deposits to hold any vehicle and operate on a first come first serve basis . I called the next morning and said I was on my way ( with my trade in A8 and title in hand) I was almost at the dealership when I received a call from a office admin that the car had been sold the night before. Made the purchase process extremely easy.
After purchasing this vehicle all cash, I was treated like I didn't exist. First they sold me a vehicle that only had one plate, so it took over two weeks just to get that corrected. Then when i asked for my paperwork that I signed in person at delivery, as my vehicle was delivered to me. I was never given it at all. My salesperson was Harry. The sales manger that I dealt with was Joseph"Joe". I would say this is the worst experience I have had in a long time.

They are horrible told me the car had to go through service and then never called me back. I wouldn’t buy a car from them if they gave it to me for half price
Customer service was good. They responded back to me within minutes. Unfortunately the vehicle I inquired about was already sold.
Seemed to be honest.
