Dealer responded in a timely fashion but would not negotiate price so I quickly moved on.
I just purchased a vehicle here. The dealership was clean and professional. They "smart price" their cars so no haggling on the cat. Just the trade. This did make the process very efficient and fairly quick compared to past dealings. The trade value they gave me was also the highest compared to other dealers. I Have not had experience with service, but I would buy a car from them again. Side note. It was a requirement that someone go with me in a test drive. Initial response was timely but ineffective. I'm 3 hours away but was very interested in a hard-to-find manual and tried to make a deposit or other arrangements to hold the car until I could test drive. Was told the salesperson would "keep an eye on it" over the weekend. Hour and a half into driving to the dealer, manager calls to say the car was sold over the weekend. If you are shopping from distance, don't bother with this dealer. They don't honor their word and the buyer has no rights or power in absentia. Complete waste... read more
