Come in for an oil change and 2 hours later still waiting for it to be done.
I took my car in to be serviced and all that happened was I paid $1400 for them to just hold my car for over a month and not do anything to fix the problem. They promised me several different dates for a certain part to come in, still no show. Finally I just took my car back, terrible. Customer Service hasn't done anything nor the management there.
Alyssa & Todd are AWESOME! After being burned bad by Good up in Renton, they worked HARD to get me a GREAT deal on an AWESOME new car. I can't be happier, I only wish I'd have shopped there FIRST!!
Bought a brand new truck an apparently Licensing is not included
Brought in my car for work to be done. Jessica was awesome!!! They didn't have my part in stock so I had to bring my car back but she made sure I had a loaner car so I didn't have to wait five hours in with my 7 month old. These guys were great and would definitely recommend coming here.

Great experience! I recommend this dealer to anyone, staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone made me feel excited about my purchase and was willing to go out of the way to help me make the best choice! Tyler was my sales person and he made my purchase the best yet! 😬
My whole experience was awful, from the beginning to the end. I will from now on drive all the way back to Vancouver Washington where I bought the car for any type of service. The young lady behind the counter in service was extremely rude. NEVER again will I go there.
