We had the worst experience here. I’m still waiting for a call back about my license plate holder. It’s been over a month. My truck I bought had broken seat belts. We had a we owe work order. It was a complete joke dealing with the service department. They ordered the wrong seat belts the first time. It took over a month from purchase to even get our seat belts fixed. Gypsy to be exact. I’m on my 3rd battery from you guys and again this one is dead. Dane in service is condescending I don’t want to deal with him . Can I just return this battery and get my money back ...this is disgusting.
So I just bought a brand new car today with the help of Cody. Have a fantastic time. Walked me through the whole process and when hit a hiccup broke through it no problem. Would just like to put that out there Anyone looking for a guy to help you talk to my boy Cody. Great with kids to so if your a family bring’em on in.
don't waste your time , service department is just bad. I will never use again for many reasons.
they were able to put me and my wife in a brand new Chevy Cruze, I didn't expect that they are awesome.
I will not return here for anything anymore especially service work. I purchased a brand new Silverado last year but not from them. I’ve took it in for warranty work a handful of times already. Every time I bring it in, they keep telling me my truck is lifted and any work done can be declined under warranty. WTF my truck is LEVELED FYI!! Even when I was looking for a truck last year and stopped by in auburn, they even told me themselves if it’s leveled it’s not a problem for warranty but a lift kit will affect the warranty. ... read more
