Bought a used truck from Fred. Fred is a great salesman. Transaction went pretty smooth. Only negative is the truck did not seem fully detailed. Management has contacted me and has resolved the issue.

I have done business with Auburn Chevrolet for many years. I have always been treated well. like a friend. They do good work and have always, on rare occasions, fixed mistakes on their "dime". My car was in for a new starter. They did the warranty paperwork and finished the job days earlier than expected. It is so nice to have a place to take my car to get fixed that I trust.

I had never dealt with Auburn Chevrolet prior to this purchase. I went into the dealership and was totally comfortable with their measures to address Covid and my safety. The service met my expectation and I got into a truck that I really like and fits my needs. I brought my 2014 Chevrolet Cruze in for service for performance issues. Service center was very helpful. Previously I had taken my vehicle to a mechanic shop and after three visits my issues were still unresolved. Technicians at Auburn Chevrolet were able to correctly diagnose my vehicle and fix the problem, I felt that the pricing was very fair.
