So far,not so good. Waiting on vehicle second time for $130 BCM program. 1st visit,was sent away with airbag light on,locked radio,and ignored ignition service recall. Had to sign for possible $110 diagnostic fee if its a supposed vehicle prob. Service guy said there were no notes on any probs regarding these probs when I picked vehicle up. Conversation was 5 mins after leaving dealership. Not much customer service,just about taking more of my money!
it was good to deal with mr. saif and sales team, i recommend everyone to visit here for any new purchase instead of going to toyota or other...
I purchased my 2017 Chevrolet Trax last week and I couldn't be prouder as an owner. Erick Moss was absolutely helpful and made me comfortable without any pressure from him. Auburn Chevrolet gave me an offer I couldn't refused. Happy to say that I am one very happy customer.

I was at Auburn Chevrolet yesterday to get my SUV serviced for a fuel pump recall. I was treated with respect and courtesy throughout the process. They even had hot coffee there! I expected a few hours wait, but hot there early,and got right in. I was done in 1/2 hour! Thanks Auburn Chevrolet for great customer service! You guys are the best!
Worst customer service, the car servise as well blows. They screwed us so bad. Baught a 2016 chevy cruise from them NOT EVEN 23000, and our entire breaking system went out, which they said wasnt under warrenty and. wanted to charge us 800$ .. And just to walk out of there with our car we had to pay 107$ there honestly a joke i will never recommend anyone to go here...... STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
My experience at Auburn Chevrolet was amazing! Fred was honest and diligent while getting me into the car of my dreams! I will never go anywhere else. Vadel the finance manager helped me get financing to still stay within my budget and my car is beautiful. Happy gal:)
