Was charged $170.00 for a diagnostic, even though no work was performed and all the girl at the counter could say was that "the technician was out there for a while". Don't waste your time or money here.

I purchased my truck yesterday. Adam and the rest of the staff were great. It was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. These folks are honest, helpful and did whatever it took to make the deal work for me.
They have the worst customer service, the internet sales man (Fred) can’t ever respond to an email or text. I even spoke with a “manager” (Todd) told him my concerns, was told I would be dealing with him (Todd) for the rest of the deal, they finally got the truck in, took them three days because they couldn’t find it. I came in to have a fuel flush, cleaning. I turned it in at 7:30 this morning and it is 12:15 now and still waiting. This was scheduled last week. Very sad.. is the nicest thing I can say.
