I called here a little bit ago asking to talk to a Manager. The lady who answered didn't want to put a manager on she kept saying well there's different mangers for different things. So I started explaining to her why I was calling (they scammed me and my fiance when we bought our van from them - long story short they added an extra $4,000 to the car price. Wonderful service and they got my car done when they said it would be and were a big help on letting me know what they found wrong with it. Mostly the fact that they were willing to work on it even though it’s a Pontiac!
