They fixed a problem that we had and made it right. Appreciate how hard they worked. Loved Chelsea who was also there, great sales person.
We own 2 Chevy suburbans, obviously we love them...but DREAD ever having to deal with the service department. Terrible customer service and product knowledge. Unfriendly staff and excessive wait time even when making a prior appointment. Because of the service center we will not be purchasing another Chevy again!
It's a shame you only care about selling a car and nothing else. To take advantage of an elderly person is just horrible!!!

They are scam artists. They run contests and then refuse to give out prizes. They are rude and nasty and when questioned about their false advertising they said it was a marketing scheme and nothing more and tried to snatch the paper out of my daughters hand. I would not buy a tonka truck from this place.
Great customer service! Bought my first new car from them it's a 2013 sonic rs I absolutely love it! I have put 32,000 miles on it in a year and a half and besides the water pump issues I have had they have always helped me resolve the problems quickly and even when my car was there three times in a month they gave a rental every time so I didn't have to stress about getting to work every day. Luv this place...and their service was spectacular
Lied to about the origin of my vehicle. Was told a couple had returned it to get an SUV to have more room for their kids. Then I find the registration for Hertz of California in the glove box. Now I am stuck wondering what else I was lied to about... I thought in this day and age the old Used Car Salesman was gone, guess I was wrong.
I had the worst service here. I took my car in for a recall and had to pay over $400.00 out of pocket. The guy Matt was very rude. I guess customers don't come first with them.
