I had a great experience with staff, and Shannon. Both the dentist's looked at my mouth were nice and very helpful. My only complaint was the uncleanliness of the restroom. Thank you
The staff at Athens Family Dental are always so polite and highly efficient. My appointment began 5 minutes early and I was in and out quickly.
Athens Family Dental has been my primary dentist now for 3 years. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences between multiple different Hygienists and Dentists. They are clearly skilled in their profession and also enjoy doing it. TJ was my hygienist this time and she was professional, considerate and kind. She also performed hand hygiene prior to my cleaning which, as a healthcare professional myself, I notice and appreciate!
About the only time I'm aware of your online presence is when a dental appointment is coming up. Thank you for all the reminders, both online and on my cell phone. It's great to have this kind of connection with my dentist.
The gentleman (dental assistant maybe) was above the top! He listened to what I had to say, empathized with the pain I was in and very clearly explained what I needed to do in order to promote healing of the dry socket that had developed from getting a upper molar extracted at another office. I could not be happier with the professionalism and assistance he provided. I was in severe pain and within two hours of him cleaning and packing the area, the pain dramatically decreased. I have been using Athens Family Dental for over 20 years. The staff is always super friendly and services for me have always been performed with terrific friendliness and professionalism.
They always do their best to respond to your needs in a timely manner.
As always my appointment was great. I was taken back within 15 minutes of my appointment. The hygienist was wonderful. She let me know exactly what she would be doing all the time. She was great.
As always smiling, friendly people take care of you. My dental hygienist is like family.
