My appt was cancelled a day earlier and I didn’t know this since I dont check my voice mails everyday on my phone. No text, no home phone message either. Brought both my teenagers and waited 1.5 hours to be seen since I was already missing work and their school. First mishap in 22 years. Never been in network so we only come to see Kevin who we didn’t get to see for the first time ever! Front office was grumpy and not friendly. Something must of been going on behind the scenes. Also, the feel of the place is changing.

I think you all are the best dental office, the doctor and staff are just great from check in to check out, the whole staff, I ever meet have been great, everyone seems happy and love there job in providing services.
When I called to report a lost filling, I was pleased that the office was able to fit me in that same day and repair my tooth on the day after. The dentist was cheerful, efficient and willing to work with me to arrive at a treatment plan I could afford. Overall, a good experience and I would recommend Athens Family Dental to my friends.
