I absolutely love the staff at Athens Family Dental. I have never had a bad experience there and they take really good care of me. I have referred many people there and they all love it too.
The whole staff is awesome!
Fantastic staff and very professional! I work in healthcare so I’m a bit more focused on how the staff interacts with us as well as others and I’ve been extremely impressed!
My first time as a new patient and I felt like I had been taken care of by a office that I had seen since a child! Great customer service, I seen early, the dentist assistant who will be with me in surgery was amazing and made me feel at home. The Dentist was happy and had a great attitude! I wish I lived closer for normal visits! Also called the office and they scheduled me that afternoon!
My very first time visiting this dental office and I was very pleased. Everyone is so polite and informative about what is going to happened during your visit. A nice lady name Barbara gave me a tour of the facility. I had an awesome dental tech name TJ, she explained everything to me before she started my examine and what I needed to do with aftercare. AFD, is very good practice. You are made to feel a welcomed part of the family, not just a patient.
Arrived for my appointment on time to wait 35 minutes before being taken to the back. Felt as if that was the quickest Cleaning I have ever had. Felt as if they Hygienist was rushed because of the time.
I needed a last minute tooth repair and the office fit me in even though it was a busy day. I drive a long way to their office and they always try to make sure I can be taken care of without return visits.
