Liza was amazing. We did a zoom and she really heard my needs and concerns for my mom. A few days later she found 4 amazing places for us to visit. She also gave me a list of suggested questions and brought snacks for us because our appointments were back to back to back. In our meetings, she would ask questions that I had forgotten to ask.
