Loved our stay here! A friend and I requested that our separate rooms be side by side, & they set us right up with no problems! We even had our own little private foyer area & private corner entrance to our rooms. Best budget hotel in Asheville by far.
The hospitality here is exactly what you look forward to when heading in to the Carolinas! The property and staff are top notch and I look forward to staying here again and again. It feels like home!
Love the location, the patio out back, the beds, and the tap water.
Low quality customer service. Didn't hold true to what they advertised in their brochure they supplied you with upon check-in. We didn't book the elite rooms. Ours just ranged from $336-379.00 per night. The higher floor rooms were more accommodated to I was informed by a staff member..
The bathrooms where being renovated in the lobby area and had to walk to the back of the hotel through a bicycle event n their buffet dinner...wasn't impressed with it ... maybe next trip it might be better
Renaissance has the best staff. Always accommodating. A fun place. The rooms and hotel are really clean.
