RecommendedI stayed at the Renaissance and it couldn't have made my trip to Asheville more convenient. I was walking distance from all the restaurants and breweries that I wanted to go to and it was easy to arrange rides to go hiking and to visit the Biltmore. The best part about Asheville is that everything you want to see and do is centralized down town so you will want a hotel by it and the Renaissance is the best one available. The rooms are spacious and very clean.
This hotel will never get my business again and I will make certain the Marcus Anderson Jazz and Coffee Escape are aware of the poor customer service with their lack of response in my request for them to correct their error impacting almost $800 of my money. Alexandra, and Warrick totally dropped the ball in assisting me in rectifying Carter's error by not returning calls as promised. RecommendedThe Renaissance is a beautiful hotel. It's very modern and well-styled with very comfortable furniture. Beautiful lobby with very helpful staff. The location is unbeatable. I was in walking distance to food and entertainment saving me many car rides which is a huge plus to me when traveling. RecommendedWhile visiting Asheville, there is no better hotel to stay in than the Renaissance. The modern decor is amazing. I was greeted with champagne upon check-in (hell yeah) and the staff was super friendly. The room was big, comfortable and very clean. Conveniently located right off the main strip, it's close to shopping, bars and restaurants. Big, free parking lot on premise. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.
