RecommendedWe were pleasantly surprised by this hotel experience! Clean, classy, spacious. Two blocks from the heart of downtown Asheville. Great bathroom upholstery, mirror, shower head and shower pressure. Comfy beds, HBO Go on the TV. You can't ask for much more! Smells good, looks good, feels good.

Housekeeping terrible. Left two nice dress shirts hanging in closet. Called hotel within an hour of check out to let them know. Never got a call back. Stopped back twice the same afternoon and shirts nowhere to be found. Head housekeeper said she would check to see if they might have been put in laundry or somewhere else. Left my phone number. Never heard from her. I realize it was my error but really, don't keep found items for at least 24-48 hours. Got the impression, no one really cared. Nice hotel. Terrible service.
