This is our go to hotel while in Asheville! Great location for downtown, parking, great service, food and drink! We have never been disappointed.
Small dirty rooms; crack in the sink; patch on the toilet seat; noisy AC; no towel racks; gouged closet door; wallpaper peeling in the bathroom; dated, worn out decor; poor attention to detail by housekeeping; some nice staff; good location within walking distance to many restaurants and shops; free parking. Disappointing.
Great hotel in a awesome location, right in the middle of everything in Asheville. I just love being able to walk to everything. Clean and quiet rooms. Good bed. Outstanding customer service by the staff-they go the extra mile. Nice gym and lap pool. Will stay here again on my next visit!
We stayed here for the second time, this time with our daughter. Both times were amazing experiences. The room service, guest services, and bar services were on point. Check in and check out was a breeze. The Aveda toiletries are top notch products. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub on this visit. The place is very clean and the staff is so helpful and professional. We will definitely stay there again!

if your visiting asheville this hotel is perfect, because of it location, it's in downtown and you walk to everything. The rooms are nice and spacious , excellent view of the mountains. Also Free Parking!
From the front desk to the service at the restaurant - A+. Beautiful and in the heart of Asheville. Park, check-in and walk to any of the great spots downtown. Will be back for sure!
Well priced & well situated for downtown Asheville convenience but kind of run down. Bed & pillows too soft. Towels thin & scratchy. Hairdryer kept cutting out as I was trying to dry my hair. Went down to restaurant just for juice & coffe & waitress seemed annoyed that we were not ordering food. Just Stayed at another Marriott chain hotel in Chapel Hill, NC & it was 4 stars+
