Great downtown location, nice clean rooms, I'd stay here again.
Had a great stay at the renaissance downtown. Honestly, some of the best staff we've ever been treated by. We had a van and trailer and the valet let us unload our front and then had a reserved spot around the corner for us. The hotel is in the heart of downtown asheville and walkable to everything. Rooms were clean and modern with all amenities. The bathroom and shower was huge and comfortable. Highly recommended.
We did not stay in the hotel overnight but as presenters at the Carolina TESOL conference got to interact with the staff a lot. Can't say anything but absolutely the best. Our space needed a lot of accommodations in order for the workshop to work, and they went above and beyond to meet every single one of them. Staff was amazing, helpful, kind, truly dedicated to serve, please, and make your experience one of a kind. I am absolutely impressed, and would highly recommend this hotel. Best experience ever!
As soon as I walked into the the Renaissance I knew I was about to have a night of luxurious sleep. Arrived late in the evening the receptionist, who was both friendly and professional, quickly checked me into the room and accommodated me with an extra hour until check-out. The hotel had Asheville charm with a modern twist. The lobby was beautiful with a gas fireplace. Parking was close and had security guards on duty. Very clean through out the hotel. Definitely recommend the majestic Renaissance Hotel.
Everyone was very friendly and the room was well appointed and very comfortable. Location is excellent. Will stay again!
Nice hotel, very centrally located with great meeting space. Food was phenomenal.
